Meet the Makers Event Kelmscott Manor 1st - 2nd May

Meet the Makers: an 'in conversation' event with Kelmscott Manor's Curator and Learning & Outreach Manager and our 2023 - 2025 Makers in Residence.

On Friday 1st May join us for an intimate evening discussing heritage craft practice in the 21st Century and William Morris's legacy at Kelmscott Manor. Kelmscott Manor's Curator, Dr Kathy Haslam and Learning & Outreach Manager, Dr Hannah Britton, will be joined by ceramicist Alison Proctor, Illuminator Sarah Davis and myself. Doors open 5:45pm, with the event due to start at 6pm. A complimentary drink on arrival is included as part of your ticket.

On Saturday 2nd May Alison, Sarah and myself will be demonstrating our crafts throughout the day at Kelmscott Manor. Come and learn about our crafts in a ‘hands on’ way and be inspired by our work.
