Further workshop booking details
ACCESSIBILITY: Whilst Sarah aims to make all her workshops as accessible as possible, please note that willow weaving is a physical activity, often far more strenuous than people imagine! To gain the most out of your workshop a good level of mobility as well as finger dexterity and hand strength is required. It is your responsibility to assess your own physical health and suitability for a Willow Day Workshop or Bespoke Weaving Experience at the time of booking and on the day of your workshop.
If you have any mobility, accessibility or physical health issues do please contact Sarah prior to booking your place. Full workshop can be found by clicking on T&C’s button located in the footer every website page.
Unless stated otherwise, all my willow workshops are for adults. Sarah will however accept 14+ year olds when they are accompanied by a responsible, participating adult.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Do let Sarah know if you have any dietary requirements when you book your workshop place.
WILLOW: Due to availability and willow preparation, the types and colours of the willow that you will be weaving with at a workshop may differ to those shown on publicity photos.
STAYING IN DEVON: Being in a beautiful area of Devon, with easy access to the moors, beaches and the close by cathedral city of Exeter, why not make your workshop into a mini holiday and stay nearby? Available on request, Sarah has a great list of recommended local accommodation and lovely eateries for you to enjoy.
GROUP BOOKINGS & CHOICE OF DATES: For the best chance of securing your Willow Day Workshop place/s Sarah strongly advise’s you to, if possible, offer a 2nd choice of date and if attending with friends / family please make one group booking.
WORKSHOP DEMAND: Due to the level of demand for Willow Day Workshops places are only allocated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis on receipt of both your completed booking with full payment.
JOINING WAITING LIST FOR WORKSHOP CANCELLATION PLACES: Due to the way the world is at the moment, very occasionally Sarah does have workshop cancellation places available. These are usually at very short notice. If you wish to attend a workshop that is already fully booked it is well worth emailing willow@sarahlebreton.co.uk to join the waiting list. Please state if you are interested in all workshops cancellation places for a particular workshop or for a specific workshop date. If a workshop cancellation occurs, Sarah emails those on the waiting list, updates availability on the workshop page, and if time allows, publicises the place on the news page.
