Just in case you are still undecided, the following is a wonderful testimonial that I’ve just received from mother and daughter Barbara and Abi after teaching them at my Berry Basket workshop last Saturday 25th Feb.

“I want to thank you for leading our session, it was an amazing day.  I am in awe of your enthusiasm and sheer energy for spreading the words about willow. You are a skilled weaver yourself and clearly have great admiration for the skill and hard work of the willow workers who carved out a living on the Levels in the past; their history is a rich one and deserves being told.
Abi and I both really enjoyed the day and although neither of us managed to create the perfect berry basket, we left feeling pleased with our own creations! We were also very tired! I love my basket and my husband couldn’t believe that I’d made it!
Your day was brimmed full of history, demonstration, upbeat encouragement and all to the background of your own skill. Altogether a terrific amazing value day with each one of us pleased to have come along. Well done and thank you.”

It’s just so lovely and truly humbling to receive in these unpredictable times such a wonderful testimonial.  I’m so wanting to teach you about this wonderful craft form, the importance of us crafting together today and getting our heritage craft thriving into the future.  Sarah X
