Make your very own large feature willow lampshade for your home.

Using the popular ‘zigzag’ weave and assorted willow colours you will create a drum or cylinder lampshade that is around 35cm high with a 25cm or 30cm diameter size.

You’ll be weaving with willow locally grown on the Somerset Levels.

LEARN: A 3 rod chasing wale weave, the zigzag side weave and a 4 behind 2 rod border.

ABILITY: Ideal for those with existing weaving experience or for adventurous beginners!

VENUE: Chevithorne Village Hall, Chevithorne, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 7PU.

TIME: 9.15 arrival for 9.30am start. 5.45pm finish (approximately).

DETAILS: Maximum of 8 participants. Price includes all materials and refreshments. Tools provided. Optional lovely homemade catered lunch £12.50.
